Instructions for Authors
Guidelines for Camera-ready
- The camera-ready full papers must not exceed 8 pages in two-column IEEE conference style, and full papers longer than 6 pages will be charged ¥13,000 for each extra page.
- The camera-ready poster papers must not exceed 2 pages in two-column IEEE conference style.
- The camera ready workshop papers must not exceed 8 pages in two-column IEEE conference style. The workshop papers are not applicable to the extra page charge.
Paper Submission Guidelines
Submitted papers must be unpublished and should not be submitted elsewhere at the same time.
- Accepted full papers must not exceed 8 pages in two-column IEEE Conferences style. Accepted full papers longer than 6 pages will be charged ¥13,000 for each extra page.
- Accepted poster papers must not exceed 2 pages with the same style as the full papers.
- Accepted workshop papers must not exceed 8 pages with the same style as the full papers.
The deadline of the camera-ready submission
- for full and poster papers is April 25, 2016,
- for workshop papers is May 24, 2016.
Revise Your Paper
Please read the reviews and follow the reviewers' recommendations for revising your final paper. When you are done with revising, please print out your paper and carefully proof read it.
Register For The Conference
- At least one author must register for the conference as the presenter.
- One full registration is valid for up to 2 papers (HPSR policy).
- For registration information, click on Registration
- It is imperative, that the same author must upload the approved PDF of the paper and the copyright form.
- The organizers of IEEE HPSR 2016 as well as our attendees expect accepted papers to be presented at the conference. IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented by one of the authors at the conference.
Submit Your Copyright Transfer
After you upload your final paper, submit Copyright. You must upload the pdf file of the final version of your paper, and complete the copyright transfer,
- by April 25, 2016 for full and poster papers,
- by May 24, 2016 for workshop papers.

- On "My Papers" page, click © link on the paper that you want to submit the copyright.
- Click "IEEE Copyright Submission" botton.
- Answer all of the questions.
Presentation guideline
Instructions for oral presentation
Presentation time: within 15 minutes.Q&A and discussion: 5 minutes after the presentation.
*** The presentors must prepare their own PC. The conference does not provide the computer for the presentation. ***
Instructions for poster presentation
- Poster presenters will be provided with a fixture fitting an A0 size poster in portrait orientation (approximately 2,000 by 1,000 millimeters).
- Tools to paste the poster on the panel, e.g. masking tape or pins, are prepared at the conference.
- Poster presenters can paste the poster at the symposium space on Thursday, June 16 from 12:30.
